Hoff's Automotive is a family-owned and -operated, full-service automobile repair center that has been serving Hackettstown, New Jersey and the surrounding area for over 30 years. Established by John Hoff in 1971, Hoff's Automotive began as an auto-electric repair service for starters and generators in the basement of his home. Over the years Hoff's Automotive has grown to be a full-service automotive repair center in a 5,000 sq. ft., 5-bay facility with 6 employees servicing individual car owners and commercial fleet accounts alike. 
Hoff's Automotive was founded on the basis of strong values like honesty and integrity. And to that end, we believe in treating our customers fairly and honestly. We will do whatever we can to ensure that our customers get quality service, including repairing your car right the first time.Our goal is to satisfy our customers' automotive repair needs with quality service. To ensure that our customers receive the best service, our automotive service technicians are ASE Certified. And to keep our technicians current with the latest technologies of today's vehicles, we continuously train by attending classes from Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and Mechanic's Education Association (MEA).

We believe that well-informed customers are better able to properly care for their automobiles. That is why we will take the time to explain to you any problems your car may be experiencing, the repairs needed to correct the problems and any recommendations the automobile service technicians suggest. We can also provide you with a prompt, accurate written estimate for needed repairs to your vehicle.We service most makes and models of vehicles and provide all repair and maintenance services needed for the automobiles of today. We have an ALLDATAź system that provides Automotive Diagnostic & Repair Information that we use to ensure that we have the latest information and bulletins available to help us repair your car.  Hoff's Automotives is licensed by New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission as a Private Inspection Facility (PIF) and a certified Emissions Repair Facility (ERF). Our automotive service technicians are licensed to perform NJ State inspections to save you a trip to the State Inspection Station. We are also certified and trained to repair emission-related failures should your vehicle fail for emissions. Only certified ERFs can perform such repairs unless you do your own.Hoff's Automotive is a member of or associated with many organizations of the automobile industry. We are a NAPA AutoCare Center, a member of the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers (AASP), a member of the Mechanic's Education Association (MEA) and a member of Mechanic's Warehouse Inc. (MW) in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the NJ Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). |
